Cannonball Arts has purchased a mechanical bull. We plan to use the body as the foundation for a rideable soft-form sculpture. We are seeking proposals for (1) commissioned sculpture that visitors can safely ride within the art center. Rubber, foam, fabric and other soft-formed materials are required. The kinetic sculpture must be contained within a 60” wide x 120” long x 96” tall footprint. Accepted proposals will receive a $15,000.00 artist stipend, including all creative, labor, materials and installation. Work will be owned by Cannonball Arts and exhibited within the art center for a minimum of 6 months.
