Level 1 Events
Doors
Entrance and Exit
- Entrance and Exit are located on Virginia Street between 3rd and 4th.
- Please have your tickets/ticketing app ready for entry to the venue. Be aware of a scalpers,
- Praise Of Shadows is a 21+ event, no exceptions. Please only bring a valid form of physical identification to accompany your tickets at the door. Valid forms of ID include: driver’s licenses, passports, or foreign national IDs. There is no re-entry.
Phone-Free Policy
All events at Level One are phone-free. Upon arrival, a sticker will be issued for your phone camera. If caught taking photos, immediate exit will be enforced by staff. Phone use is not banned throughout the venue; it is only prohibited on the dance floor. If you are using your phone, please use the designated area to avoid interfering with the experience.
Bag Policy
- Bags must not be larger than a small clutch, defined as 4.5” x 6.5”
- Backpacks, tote bags, purses, and large bags are not permitted
- Clear bags are permitted
- Camera bags are permitted for credentialed, approved media only, are subject to search, and must be tagged by security
- All persons and bags are subject to inspection upon entry
- Guests arriving with a prohibited bag must return it to their vehicle or check it in with security
- Additional restrictions may apply depending on the event, artist, or promoter.
Water Bottle Policy:
- Guests may bring one empty, reusable soft plastic or collapsible water bottle per person
- Water bottles must be empty upon entry
- Metal, glass, and hard plastic bottles are not permitted, unless otherwise specified
- All water bottles are subject to inspection upon entry
- Refill stations are available inside the venue
- Additional restrictions may apply depending on the event, artist, or promoter
Coat Check
- Coat Check available at $5
Rideshare
Prohibited Items
- No outside food or beverages (empty, collapsible water bottles OK)
- No weapons of any kind
- No mace, pepper spray, or tasers
- No illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Smoking and vaping is not allowed inside the venue
- No projecticles, hoola hoops, glow sticks, noise makers, ink pens, paint pens, or stickers
- No cameras or recording equipment
- No gifts for artist (and no, security will not accept gifts to give to artists)
- No animals
- Additional restrictions may apply depending on the event, artist, or promoter.
Anti-Harassment Policy
- Cannonball Arts and Level One are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all guests, artists, and staff. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated in any area of the venue.
Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:
- Unwelcome touching or physical contact
- Verbal abuse, threats, or intimidation
- Stalking or following
- Sexual comments or advances
- Discrimination or slurs based on race, gender, sexuality, disability, or any protected characteristic
- Any behavior that makes others feel unsafe or uncomfortable
If you feel unsafe, experience harassment, or witness someone else being harassed:
Notify any Cannonball Arts or Level One staff member or security immediately.
Your safety is our priority, and all reports will be taken seriously.
Individuals engaging in harassment may be removed from the venue without refund and may be banned from future events.
Cannonball Arts and Level One reserve the right to take any action necessary to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
