- We are located at 1930 3rd Ave, Seattle, WA 98101.
- Located at the corner of 4th Avenue and Virginia Street.
- Multiple King County Metro bus lines stop within a block of Cannonball Arts, including high-frequency routes running along 3rd Avenue, Virginia Street, and nearby Pine Street.
- The closest Link Light Rail stop is Westlake Station, a 5-10 minute walk from the venue, with direct service to SeaTac Airport, Capitol Hill, the University District, and the Rainier Valley.
- Paid parking is available next door in the Security Building lot.

Admission
Group Discounts
Cannonball Arts welcomes schools, community groups, and organizations to explore creativity together during daytime art center hours. Groups of 10 or more receive a 30% discount on general admission.
Eligible groups include:
- K–12 schools, colleges, and universities
- Nonprofit and community organizations
- Youth and after-school programs
- Senior centers and assisted living communities
- Cultural associations, artist collectives, and art clubs
Advance reservations are required to receive the group rate. Curator-led tours are available by request and subject to staff availability.

Event & Tickets
Where can I get tickets?
Ticket prices for performances, special events, and concerts vary.
Advance online purchase guarantees entry, speeds up check-in, and ensures you receive event and visitor information ahead of your visit.
Can I get a refund?
All ticket sales are final. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, Cannonball Arts will notify ticket holders directly.

Do you accept CityPASS or other museum passes?
At this time, Cannonball Arts does not participate in CityPASS or other museum pass programs. We are an independent, artist-run venue, and ticket sales directly support exhibitions, events, and the creative community.
Can I leave and come back later?
Re-entry is allowed during regular daytime gallery hours with a hand stamp. For concerts and special events, re-entry is not guaranteed and depends on the event. Check with Guest Services or event staff upon arrival for re-entry policies specific to your program.
Do members need tickets?
Tickets are not required for members and corporate members.

Is Cannonball Arts accessible?
Yes. The venue is wheelchair accessible and includes elevators, accessible restrooms, and ADA-compliant seating areas.
Do you offer ASL interpretation or captioning?
Cannonball Arts strives to offer ASL and other access accommodations with advance notice. Email info@cannonballarts.org at least two weeks before your visit.
What restrooms and amenities are available?
Restrooms
All-gender restrooms are available on every public floor. Accessible stalls and baby-changing stations are available in select restrooms.
Water Stations
Water bottle refill stations are available near restrooms. Guests are welcome to bring reusable water bottles, empty upon entry unless otherwise permitted at events.
Seating & Rest Areas
Seating is located throughout the galleries and lobby areas so visitors can take breaks and move through the space at their own pace.

Community Guidelines
Cannonball Arts is rooted in mutual respect, artistic freedom, and collective care. Visitors are asked to help protect the shared experience of art and expression.

- Respect the space and those around you.
- Care for the art as a shared resource. Please do not touch artworks unless signage indicates otherwise.
- Honor different modes of engagement.
- Be accountable to the community.
Cannonball Arts staff reserves the right to address behavior that undermines this community-focused environment. Together, we protect this space for creativity, dialogue, and radical imagination.
What behavior is prohibited?
- Harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior.
- Disruptive, aggressive, or intentionally loud behavior.
- Unauthorized performances, protests, or public speaking.
- Use of amplified sound, projectors, or other media without permission.
- Loud cell phone conversations in gallery spaces.
- Speakerphone use.
- Audio playback without headphones, or headphone volume loud enough to disturb others.
- Solicitation, leafleting, or distribution of materials without venue consent.
- Climbing on structures, sitting on, or touching artwork unless clearly marked as interactive.
- Blocking walkways, doorways, or emergency exits.
- Entering restricted areas or ignoring posted signage and staff instructions.
- Intoxication or behavior that presents danger to self, others, or the art.
- Defacing, damaging, or interfering with artwork, displays, or gallery furniture.
- Refusal to comply with safety protocols related to capacity, accessibility, or emergency procedures.
Performance and Creative Expression
Cannonball Arts welcomes performance as part of artistic experimentation, but all activations must be coordinated in advance through an Open Call or directly with staff.
- Unscheduled performances or impromptu activations are not permitted.
- Sound, movement, or installation work must not block pathways or damage the space.
- Artists must respect the shared nature of the venue and support the community experience.
Children and Families
- Children are welcome and encouraged to engage respectfully with the work.
- Visitors aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Please note any content warnings or age restrictions posted in specific spaces or art experiences.
- Strollers are permitted but should not block walkways or be taken on escalators.
- Family restrooms with changing tables are located on Level 1.
- Nursing parents are welcome to feed their children wherever they feel comfortable. A private area can be made available upon request.
Photography and Recording
- Personal photography and video are welcome unless otherwise indicated.
- Please avoid blocking walkways, obstructing artwork, or disrupting other visitors while documenting your experience.
- Flash photography, tripods, selfie sticks, lighting rigs, and professional audio gear are not permitted without approval.
- Commercial, promotional, or editorial shoots require written permission in advance.
- Respect all no-photo zones, posted signage, and staff instructions.
Bags, Security, and Coat Check
- All bags are subject to inspection upon entry.
- Oversized bags, luggage, skateboards, and scooters may not be permitted in galleries and may need to be checked.
- Wet umbrellas should be placed in umbrella bags or checked in the designated area.
- Trained service animals are welcome and must remain leashed and supervised.
- A complimentary coat check is available during public hours.
- Checked items must be retrieved before leaving the venue.
- Do not leave valuables in coat check; Cannonball Arts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed items.
Surveillance and Recording
Security cameras are in use throughout the building. By entering, visitors consent to being filmed or photographed for safety and promotional purposes.
Prohibited Items
- Weapons, illegal substances, or hazardous materials.
- Masks that fully cover the face, except approved health and safety uses.
- Outside food or beverages, unless required for medical or family needs.
- Smoking or vaping anywhere inside the venue or near entrances.
- Paint, ink pens, markers, crayons, adhesives, epoxies, or glue. Only pencils are permitted for drawing or sketching in galleries.
- Confetti, glitter, balloons, bubbles, or projected items.
- Portable speakers or any device used to amplify sound.
Accessibility Support & Visitor Dismissal
Cannonball Arts is committed to accessibility. Ask a staff member if you require support or accommodations.
- Personal mobility devices are welcome and must be used responsibly.
Visitors may be removed for:
- Harassing or unsafe behavior.
- Policy violations.
- Refusing staff instructions.
- Unauthorized solicitation or distribution of materials.
